CBC Littoral: a new page opens with the installation of the new regional office: Rev. Dr Samuel Ngacha takes the reins
The CBC is getting a makeover: the new CBC Littoral regional office is installed
A new page is opening at the Cameroonian Baptist Congregation, more precisely in the Littoral region, with the installation of the new CBC Littoral regional office.
The ceremony, imbued with solemnity and fraternity, was held this Thursday, April 9, 2026 at the CBC headquarters in Ngodi, in Akwa, in the 1st arrondissement, under the coordination of Reverend Bebey Jacques, executive president of the CBC, and the representative of the governor of the Littoral region. It took place in the presence of the ecclesiastical body, some members of the board of directors, traditional authorities, some prominent members of the church, members of the community, as well as families, friends and acquaintances.
For a mandate of 3 years, the members of the new regional office of the CBC were installed. This new office is led by Reverend Dr Samuel Ngacha. They are entrusted with the mission of coordinating the activities and spiritual monitoring of their communities in their respective constituencies - which takes on its full meaning when we know that the CBC has more than 300 churches in Cameroon. On the occasion of this installation, the general president of the CBC, the Reverend Pastor Jacques Bebey, addressed some recommendations to the new office, in particular:
“ Rigor in management, be honest and dedicated to the national office. »
It is therefore under the sign of transparency that this new regional office of the CBC was created. Reverend Dr Samuel Ngacha intends to work in synergy with the rest of the newly installed team, while respecting the directives of the governor's representative, who invited the members to work for peace, stability and social cohesion in Cameroon, and more precisely in the Littoral.
This solemn installation ceremony was a strong moment to strengthen ties between the members of this Christian community which continues to mark the history of Cameroon. The Baptist Congregation of Cameroon has more than 300 churches throughout the country. This step constitutes a decisive turning point in the life of the Littoral synodal region, whose leaders are now called to take on new challenges under this new leadership.
